How Odin works

Three steps to a thinking organization.

Odin plugs into the tools you already use, learns how your team actually works, and answers in chat with sources attached so you can trust what you're reading.
01 · CONNECT

Connect in one click.

Connect your tools in one click. No IT ticket. No configuration.

02 · ORGANIZE

Your team's memory, always current.

Odin reads what your team creates and turns it into a living memory. No one has to tag, file, or maintain it by hand.

03 · ANSWER

Answers with sources, in seconds.

Ask anything. You get a sourced answer in seconds, instead of another "let me check with Sarah" loop.

> who owns the client onboarding process?
Jordan Kim in CS owns it. Playbook in Notion, RevOps for billing handoff.
INTEGRATIONS

Connects to tools you already use.

Start with Slack and your docs — Odin works immediately. Add more tools whenever your team is ready. It's the same memory, always.

Authentication

Living document · 12 sources · updated 4 minutes ago

Current state

We use a custom session layer on top of Auth0, with magic-link as the default login flow. Passkeys are gated behind a feature flag flag.passkeys while we stabilize WebAuthn handling on iOS. RFC-12

Why we chose this

Evaluated in March after Incident #847 exposed a session pinning bug in the legacy cookie flow. SuperTokens was rejected for self-hosting overhead; Clerk for vendor lock-in concerns voiced in #eng-auth.

DECISION · APPROVED · 4/14

Use Auth0 + custom session layer. Migrate session pinning before 5/15.

Who owns the client onboarding process?

Odin

Primary owner: Jordan Kim (Customer Success). Backup: Priya N. in RevOps for systems and billing handoff.

The current checklist lives in Onboarding playbook. Last updated when pricing changed in March (see the thread in #go-to-market).

What did we decide about the new pricing?

Odin

Leadership approved usage-based seats for mid-market, with a floor to protect smaller teams. Enterprise is still custom. Sales got a green light to grandfather existing ARR through Q4.

Finance asked for a 30-day review after launch; that checkpoint is on April's leadership notes.

Built for every team

One brain. Four perspectives.

Whether you're running ops, client work, or something in between, Odin learns how your team really works and answers with context that fits.
Operations & Ops Teams

The org as it really is.

Who owns what, what's blocked, and what changed, without living in status meetings.

  • Live ownership and process answers
  • Weekly digest, auto-written
  • Search across Slack, docs, and meetings
Consulting & Client Work

Every commitment, cited.

Trace deliverables and decisions back to the deck, the thread, and the signed doc, even months later.

  • Account context on demand
  • Workshop and steering notes, unified
  • Handoffs that don't rely on memory
HR & People Teams

Policies people can actually find.

Handbooks, benefits, and people programs stay current when your tools change, not when someone finally finds time to tidy the wiki.

  • One place for "what's the policy?"
  • Onboarding answers for managers
  • Compliance-friendly audit trail
Engineering

Stop re-litigating decisions.

Every architectural decision, RFC, and incident stays searchable, cited, and current.

  • Auto-extract decisions from PRs
  • Surface related incidents
  • Onboard new hires in days
Security & privacy

Your knowledge stays yours.

Odin is built for environments where context is sensitive. We treat your data the way your security team would expect: hard boundaries, audit trails, and zero training on your content.

Permission-aware retrieval

Odin only sees what each user can already access. Permissions sync from the source, so you never get shadow ACLs.

Encrypted at rest and in flight

AES-256 storage, TLS 1.3 in transit, customer-managed keys on Enterprise.

Zero training on your data

Your content never leaves your tenant for model training. Ever. Contractually guaranteed.

Full audit log

Every retrieval, answer, and source is logged, exportable, and SIEM-ready.

Built for regulated, security-first organizations.

Odin runs in a single-tenant deployment for Enterprise customers. Your data never co-mingles, and you can pull the plug whenever you need to. When you do, Odin leaves nothing behind.

How is Odin different from a search tool?
Search returns documents. Odin returns answers. It reads across every tool, pulls out decisions and context, links related work, and writes back with citations, in the voice of someone who's been at your company for years.
What does Odin connect to?
Slack, GitHub, Jira, Linear, Figma, Notion, Google Docs and Drive, with more added monthly. Custom sources via API on Enterprise.
Does Odin train on our data?
No. Your content is never used to train any model, ours or anyone else's. Retrieval and generation stay inside your tenant, on your encryption keys.
How does it handle permissions?
Odin respects source-of-truth permissions. If you can't see a doc in Notion, Odin can't show it to you and won't let on that it's there.
How long does setup take?
Connect your first three tools in under 10 minutes. Odin is useful within an hour and gets sharper for the next two weeks as it indexes history.
Is there a free trial?
We're in stealth and onboarding teams from a waitlist. Approved teams get a 30-day pilot at no cost.

Give your company a brain.

Odin is in stealth. If we approve your team, you get the early access program: a 30-day pilot, white-glove setup, and a direct line to the founders book a quick call anytime, or email us if you prefer.
